How Soon Can I Expect My Order to be Processed?

All standard ground and expedited orders made before 2:00 PM Eastern Time will ship out the same day. Any orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the NEXT business day.

How Soon Can I Expect My Purchase If I Pay For Expedited Shipping?

Yes, we definitely offer expedited shipping. We use FedEx Express Overnight as our form of expedited shipping. This means the order will be received within one business day. Please contact Customer Service info@carlashoes.com prior to completing your purchase with expediting shipping to confirm the availability and processing time for your order.

What Are Your Shipping Costs?

We now offer free USPS shipping sitewide on orders under $150.00. All orders under $150.00 will be charged $10.00 shipping fee. Please note the shipping charge is nonrefundable. 

We also offer FedEx Standard Overnight shipping for a flat rate of $30.

Should I Be Aware of Any Other Terms or Conditions of Your Shipping Policy?

Once an order is placed we cannot change any details of your order. We are only able to ship to the shipping address you provide.

At this time, we are unable to provide shipping services to Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa - AS,  Federated States of Micronesia - FM, Guam - GU , Marshall Islands - MH, Northern Mariana Islands - MP, Palau - PW ,Puerto Rico - PR, Virgin Islands – VI.

Unfortunately, FedEx does not deliver to APO/FPO and USPS P.O. Box addresses. Any orders placed with an APO/FPO and USPS P.O. Box address is subject to cancellation. Sadly we cannot ship to Puerto Rico.

Do You Ship Outside of the United States?

We do not offer International shipping options at this time.

Would I Be Able To Make Any Changes to My Order Once it is Placed?

Sadly, we are not able to make any changes to your order once it has been placed.

How does Pre-order work?

Customers will be given the option to pre-order our select shoes from our latest collection before they release to the public. Pre-ordered items are reserved for customers and will ship once in stock. Rest assured customers will be provided with order updates. If a customer would like to cancel their order they can surely do so. Simply contact our customer service team prior to the order shipping.

How Does Shipping Work for Pre-order Items?

Since some of our shoes are manufactured in Europe all delivery dates shown are estimates and are subject to change. If customers select expedited shipping at checkout their order will be shipped with expedited shipping once available. We do not offer International shipping options at this time. Sadly we cannot ship to Puerto Rico.
